Sumera — I hear you! It took time for me. I finally decided to start paying attention to how my body was feeling as I fueled it. Healthy choices and unhealthy. Through time, taking baby steps, I just keep building better choices and seeing the benefits.
Once I connected that when I ate like crap, I felt like crap really helped me to make those smarter choices. Those ‘goodies’ weren’t as good anymore…and just something I might occasionally have.
If/when you are ready, what is just one thing you can do differently? Once a day or even once a week? I started with more water. What might it be for you?
