There are only two emotions — Love and Fear.

Start putting your focus on LOVE! Love is the highest frequency, the most powerful force on earth!

We are all hearing about the external precautions- I want to share an internal precaution. Take time to bring love into your life — meditate, put on happy music and even dance, deep breathe, visualize a loved one or a place that brings you joy and spend ‘time’ there.

We can’t control what is happening — but we can control how we react to it.
