I find as I work with the public five days a week, that the pressure is heating up. Covid fatigue, regular cold and flu season, the holidays fast approaching all a perfect ‘storm’ to bring what could be a big bang as we end this year…

I find myself surrounded by the negative vibes that stem from fear — the uncertainty and the unknown that continues…
