You Are Not The Thoughts In Your Head

I’ve put the thought in your head that you are not the thoughts in your head, so let’s take a closer look at how you are thinking. What is your self talk? Are your thoughts more positive or negative? What difference does it make?

It makes all the difference!

How is your stress level during this extremely stressful time? Research has shown that optimism and positive thinking are effective ways to manage your stress!

Chances are at this point your thoughts are more negative (and rightfully so) — but it is possible to shift that negativity. It’s rewiring or reprogramming the brain.

Science calls it neuroplasticity.

Happy people not only live happier lives, they live healthier lives!

We are all energy and live to our fullest potential at a high energy level.

Take this thought in, this is not some hippy dippy concept, this is science.

What moves one from a low energy to a high energy?

Moving into a place of peace, love, joy and gratitude!

Those are the highest vibration states.

Doing so helps your body function better increasing your vitality, boosting your immune system; it can even help in reducing pain. It lowers your stress
